1.  Contact us to verify CCN's next available ship date.

2.  Send a $100 reservation deposit to secure your delivery date.

3.  A reservation card listing due dates for your artwork, order, 50% deposit, and scheduled ship week will be sent to you.

4. Call your customer service person to schedule a ship date for your sizing samples and color swatches - have a sizing party.

5.  Order, artwork and 50% deposit are due 6 weeks before  your week of shipment. An Order Confirmation is then sent to you for your approval.

6.  Our designer will contact you regarding your design.

7.  Full-size color art proofs will be sent for your final art approval. Fill out and send back your Design Approval form.

8.  Your customer service person will contact you during your week of shipment to verify your shipping information. Your order will then ship out on time.

9.  Reserve a production spot for your reorder.
